The Space
The Beachwalk Resort is located in South Broward County, Florida, on Hallandale Beach, next to the Intracoastal Waterway, and offers an outdoor pool and free WiFi. A beach entrance is a 9-minute walk away.
Our three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment will provide you with everything you need to feel like you're in the country. Ideal for families or friends traveling together. Features contemporary Italian furnishings, floor to ceiling windows, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, spacious living room.
Master bedroom with private bath, second bedroom with full guest bath. Extra large balconies offer breathtaking views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean with the same views in the adjoining bedrooms and living room. Windows have roller shades in the living room and blackout curtains in the bedrooms.
Bedding: The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second and third bedrooms have a queen size bed each and an additional sofa bed. The unit includes towels, linens and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen perfect for cooking great meals during your stay. The accommodation includes free WiFi and cable TV.

The front desk staff will give you a key card for the door, elevator, fitness center and pool .

You will enjoy complimentary access to the fitness center, lobby pool (private or shared) and beach. The rooftop pool is for owners only, currently not available to guests. The beach is less than 5 minutes from the building. Shuttles are available in the lobby to take you to the beach, Gulfstream Park (horse racing, casino, shopping center, restaurants) and Aventura Mall (ask for schedule information at the front desk). If you want to buy groceries, there is a Walmart store (supermarket and lots of everything) across the street and a Publix supermarket 2 blocks away. There are many restaurants nearby...

Just a reminder, during your stay, please follow the house rules: -Treat the apartment as your own home, *** * this is not a hotel, it is a private unit.*****
- Try to leave the unit in the same condition you found it. You will find soap and toilet paper when you arrive, then you must provide your own toiletries (shampoo, soap, toilet paper, etc.) There are several stores located within walking distance.
- Take out the trash, wash dishes or place them in the dishwasher already clean when you leave. THERE IS A $60 FINE FOR GARBAGE
- Take care of the sheets and towels (towels are not for wiping the countertop or kitchen)
- this is a non-smoking unit! Smoking inside will result in a minimum additional cleaning fee of $200.
- Pets are not allowed. If we find that you bring a pet, there is a $400 fine.
-The guest is responsible for any damage to the apartment.
-The fee includes a one-time departure cleaning fee. Guests who leave the premises excessively dirty will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
-Daily cleaning service is not included. Additional cleaning is available for a supplement upon request.
-Check-in time: after 4:00 p.m.

The resort reserves the right of admission and stay of guests and may expel any guest who violates the rules of the building. If guests are expelled for violating the rules, we are not responsible for such action and no refund will be applied. You will be duly notified.

If we find out that you had a party, there is a $175 fine.
Important
upon departure everything will be checked.
In case the cleaning staff finds damaged objects, blood stained towels, makeup or others, the guest will be charged the amount corresponding to the replacement of the damaged object. There are no exceptions.
Improvements to the facilities: The restaurant is closed. Use of the elevator may be delayed during high season. The swimming pool will have reduced hours Monday through Friday for repairs until August. On weekends it will operate normally.
