The Space
Located in southern Broward County, Florida, in Hallandale Beach along the Intracoastal Waterway, Beachwalk Resort offers an outdoor pool and resort-provided wifi. A beach entrance is a 9-minute walk away.
Our two bedroom, two bathroom apartment will provide you with everything you need to feel right at home. Perfect for families or friends traveling together. Features contemporary furnishings, floor to ceiling windows, washer/dryer, spacious living room.
Master bedroom with private bath, second bedroom with full bath for visitors. Extra large balconies are a breath of fresh air. Windows have roll up blinds in living room and Black Out blinds in bedrooms.
Bedding: master bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom has two full size beds and an additional sofa bed in the living room.
Accommodations include 2 complimentary towels, linens and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, perfect for cooking during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own towels and linens if you feel more comfortable.
The unit includes Wi-Fi and cable TV with cable.
Since this is a private unit and does not include daily cleaning or hotel services, the apartment will be equipped with the following:
- Kitchen: small frying pan, pot, strainer, small coffee pot (no coffee) and basic cutlery. Plan ahead and bring what you need if you will be doing a lot of cooking.
- Bathroom: 1 bath towel for each guest and 1 toilet paper per bathroom. Consider bringing extra toiletries and toilet paper for longer stays.
This is a condominium hotel with a 24/7 front desk.
Front desk staff will give you a key card for the door, elevator, fitness center and pool. (Check-in may take time depending on occupancy at time of arrival)

Beach service:
there is a white van that will drop you off and pick you up near the Hyde Beach entrance: where the security kiosk is located next to the Etaru restaurant. If you need to request the van from the beach to the building, call the front desk and tell them you are waiting there. From the drop-off point, you can walk along the beach to the left heading north or you can cross the street and access the public road by the tides. If you walk to the left, you will find Esteban's hostel. It is identified by the white and blue umbrellas and a kiosk where they will ask you for photo ID. They are clearly identified with Esteban's Place signs.
Beach service includes:
- Beach chairs (2).
-One (1) umbrella
Remember that these items are SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY (first come, first served) once sold out. If you wish to rent more chairs and umbrellas, this has a cost of USD $ 40, you must request them at Esteban's house.

You will enjoy complimentary access to the fitness center, lobby pool (private or shared) and beach. The rooftop pool is for owners only, currently not available to guests. The beach is less than 5 minutes from the building. There are many restaurants nearby...

Just a reminder, during your stay, follow the house rules: - Treat the apartment as your own home, *** * this is not a hotel, it is a private unit.*****
- Try to leave the unit in the same condition you found it. You will find soap and toilet paper when you arrive, then you must provide your own toiletries (shampoo, soap, toilet paper, etc.) There are several stores located within walking distance.
- Take out the trash, wash dishes or put them in the dishwasher already clean on departure. THERE IS A $60 FINE FOR GARBAGE
- Take care of the sheets and towels (towels are not for wiping the countertop or kitchen).
- this is a NON smoking unit! Smoking inside will result in a minimum additional cleaning fee of $200.
- Pets are not allowed. In case you have an emotional support pet, please attach your documentation in the Airbnb chat. In case the pet is not an emotional support pet or does not have documentation, a penalty of $200 will be charged. In any case, if your pet causes damage to property, compensation will be requested through aircover.
-The guest is responsible for any damage to the apartment.
-The rate includes a one-time departure cleaning fee. Guests who leave the apartment excessively dirty will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
-Daily cleaning service is not included. Additional cleaning service is available upon request for a supplement.

Check-out time: 11 a.m.
On request. Early check-in fee: $100 after 11:00 a.m. - Late check-out: $150 until 2:30 p.m. (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY).
There is a $75 penalty for check-out after 11:00 a.m. without prior notice.

The resort reserves the right of admission and stay of guests and may expel any guest who violates the rules of the building. If guests are expelled for violating the rules, we are not responsible for such action and no refund will be applied. You will be duly notified.
BASIC RULES:
- NO parties are allowed
- No loud noises are allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
If we find out that you had a party, there is a $175 fine.
Important
everything will be checked upon departure.
In case the cleaning staff finds damaged objects, blood stained towels, makeup or other, the guest will be charged the amount corresponding to the replacement of the damaged object. There are no exceptions.
Improvements to the facilities: The restaurant is closed. Use of the elevator may be delayed during peak seasons. The swimming pool will have reduced hours Monday through Friday due to repairs until August. On weekends it will operate normally.
