The stay overall was nice and the employees were nice, however there were details that were not comm
Positive: The room was clean and spacious
Negative: 1. It should be specified before booking that valet is the only option for parking and that it is cash only.
2. The hot water in my room did not work and was not fixed during my stay.
3. Two mornings in a row, I went to the VIP valet station (that I paid for), and the valet was nowhere to be found. One morning, I actually had to go find him on the third floor.
