Incredible 1bed Apt Ocean View

horrible. Positive: honestly beach is great but ruined by terrible property management company. I would never book with them again and to this day i'm waiting on my refund for not having working utilies because they couldn't get it done. Negative: Beyond terrible property management company. Dishwasher wasn't working so they told me they would fix it next day. Then it was 3 days later. Then the guy who is suppose to fix it was late and our baby was sleeping. Then they could come when I wanted. I asked for a partial refund and they ignored me for 7 days straight of asking saying "they need to wait for supervisor". Complete and utter nonesense - never stay here ever. On top of that the place is full of extremely cheap stuff - every glass, every utensil is literraly from the dollar store. We bought all our own stuff which defeated the purpose. Will never go back and STILL waiting for my refund.

Nie wart ceny Positive: Lokalizacja, pierwsza linia brzegowa, widok na ocean i basen, blisko do sklepów i restauracji, syzbkie odpowiedzi od gospodarza i załatwienie prostych problemów, dostarczenie brakującego kompletu pościeli kilka godzin, wymiana niedziałającego tostera na nowy w ciągu 24h, wymianan brudnej pościeli na czystą 24 h. Negative: Generalnie apartament ma lata świetności za sobą i najwżyższy czas na remont, W wielu miejscach farba odchodzi od ścian. Największe minusy to jakość sprzątania, Na kanapie w salonie była klejąca plama zapewne po poprzednich gościach, po wejsciu do naszego apartamentu na podłodze był niesprzątnięty zdeptany karaluch, kolejny odwiedził nas podczas naszego pobytu. Meble na tarasie są zniszczone (dziurawe) i nie nadają się do użytku. Po zgłoszeniu tego gospodarzowi otrzymalismy odpowiedź, iż ich użytkowanie jest bezpieczne. Tapicerowane krzesła w apartamencie są na tyle brudne, iż musieliśmy kłaść na nich ręczniki zanim na nich usiedlismy.
