My experience was disappointing overall; the unexpected hidden fees, uncomfortable bed, etc.
Positive: I did like the location; ideal for vacation near the beach; the room was clean so was the bathroom, however, so they have been in most hotels I have booked using booking.com.
Negative: I encountered unexpected hidden fees during my stay. Although I received a text notification stating that these fees were outlined in the "Important and Legal Info," most people overlook this section. The charges included $30 per day for amenities and $30 per day for parking, which could only be accessed through a valet service. The room was advertised without these additional costs factored into the price, leading to a disappointing experience for me. When I tried to cancel my reservation immediately, my request was denied.
