A big scam Positive: Not very much. I felt scamed the whole time. Negative: The additional hotel fee 250 for the 9 nights I stayed and mandatory valet parking fee(another250) plus the deposit for the room250. Before I even got to the room I had to pay another 750 on top of the 1300 I paid to book the room., the fact that the room looked nothing like in the pictures was very disappointing. The incredibly cheap motel mattresses they had were very uncomfortable. The sheets were stained. And obviously very cheap. It felt like a giant bait and switch scam and I honestly feel like the entire building and "hotel" needs to be investigated. There's definitely a lawsuit here for fraud.

I love the hotel Positive: This hotel was simply amazing. Everything was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and relaxed. The facilities are gorgeous, and the atmosphere is perfect for disconnecting and enjoying your stay. The service was also excellent. Everyone was very kind and attentive at all times. I truly loved my experience and would definitely come back. I highly recommend it.

Fatalna jakość do ceny. Positive: Dobra lokalizacja , ładne widoki Negative: Pobyt zaczynaliśmy o 16:00 jednak do pokoju weszliśmy 16:45 gdyż 45 minut trwało odblokowanie drzwi by wejść do pokoju. Powolnym krokiem Pan podszedł spróbował coś zrobić nie udało się bez słowa odszedł zostawiając nas ze zmęczonymi po podróży dziećmi na korytarzu! Na recepcji nikt nie był zainteresowany problemem, że jesteśmy zamiast w pokoju to nadal na korytarzu! Fatalna obsługa . Zero zainteresowania gościem! Zaproponowali późne opuszczenie pokoju w zamian ale za 150 dolarów! Żart. Nie polecam na pewno w tym mieście jest dużo więcej lepszych hoteli!
