Positive: Respuesta rápida a las solicitudes y buenos colchones. Personal amable y buenas instalaciones en general.
Negative: No nos ofrecieron cambio de sábanas en los 16 días y 2 de los 3 apliques no funcionaban.
Los arreglaron rápido, pero la lámpara de pie siguió rota. La hora del check out es caótica porque no dan abasto los ascensores.
