Studio Serenity Steps Away

The condo is in a great location, close to the beach, close to groceries and restaurants. The beach is beautiful and the surrounding area is nice. The pool area is wonderful as well. However, the staff is unfriendly and unpleasant. Nobody is welcoming and considering the absurd price of resort fees you would expect much better service. The attached bar is expensive and the bartenders were rude and would not honor the daily deals that are explicitly listed online. Despite paying 'all resort fees' up front, they charge you a large percentage of more resort fees just to order at the attached cafe. The rooms are nice and clean, just was highly disappointed in the level of service and care for guests. The host manager, Enrico was kind and helpful, he responded quick and did great. It was just the actual employees within the building and the added fees everywhere you looked.
