Verry unpleasant! Positive: Breakfast was not an option. Negative: I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my recent stay at [Beachwalk Resort Hallandale Ocean and Canal], as the conditions and experience were far below what was advertised or reasonably expected. Upon arrival, I discovered that the apartment was significantly smaller than described. The listing suggested it was a studio, yet in reality it was closer to a small closet, lacking the space and comfort represented in the advertisement. In addition, I experienced extreme disturbances throughout the night. The apartment adjacent to mine (1630 A) had loud music playing at all hours, and there was a strong smell of marijuana coming through the connecting access door. Around 3:00 a.m., I was forced to get out of bed and request assistance from the front desk, who then sent security to address the issue. Despite their intervention, the situation had already made it impossible for me to rest. I also attempted to notify you about the disturbance. Despite the circumstances and the lack of sleep I endured, I was told I still had to vacate the apartment by 11:00 a.m., and my request to check out at noon was denied. This response was both disappointing and inconsiderate given the severity of the situation. Overall, my stay was extremely unpleasant and did not resemble the experience promoted in your listing. I am requesting a partial or full refund based on the misrepresentation of the accommodation and the unacceptable conditions I faced during the night.
