Luxury 3-bedroom condo with pool

Positive: Good location Negative: Hi Team I wanted to add areas which are basic and didn’t live upto the standards, for this I am definitely looking for a good refund now 1) Lack of privacy, bathrooms didn’t have any locks 2) Lack of AC , one of the rooms didn’t have AC working for all the three days which led to one of my friend getting sick and to be taken under medications. This affected our plan and was mentally tough 3) Lack of water from the fridge: It was so dirty black mucus was coming out of it and we had to buy water from outside 4) Lack of transparency: We were charged for valet but none of the days valet did bring our car downstairs, we had to go to parking and get the car daily and then drop A trip is meant to be relaxing and this being my first USA trip this created lot of stress with lack of facilities, support and fever due to house conditions. I wouldn’t recommend this property and being a genius member I know my views are taken seriously and refund is a basic thing which I am accepting now as one of the rooms were definitely inhabitable
